Check-ins Data Context
The "Check-Ins" feature in the Nowatch Research API is designed to promote user self-reflection on their internal state.
How Check-Ins are Triggered
Users can configure check-ins to occur based on various triggers:
- Randomly: Users can set up daily vibrations (0, 3, 6, or 9) to prompt random check-ins.
- After Prolonged Stress: Check-ins can be triggered when the user experiences stress for more than 5, 10, 15, or 20 consecutive minutes.
- Both Random and Prolonged Stress: A combination of both trigger types can be configured.
